The new media marketing manager will be responsible for presenting the EGRC brand through growing, interactive new media. S/he will support organizational strategies with a creative online engagement plan. S/he will provide hands-on execution and be willing to take the initiative to continually advance the quality of EGRC online presence. EGRC offers a dynamic, friendly team environment for an energetic, experienced, confident new media marketing professional.

Availability and Compensation:
The New Media Marketing Manager will be expected to work 20 hours a week plus additional in-the-field hours (seasonal) as necessary to complete projects. Work from home.
Compensation – depends on experience and ability, will be discussed in person.
New Media Management
Developing and executing a proactive online marketing strategy that delivers the EGRC programs and image effectively to a variety of audiences; identifying new web functionalities, technologies, and media for attracting and engaging new and current followers/contributors.
Coordinating, maintaining, and ensuring a stable, well-designed, effective and up-to-date online presence and image including current content; monitoring and tracking of site resources; and reorganizing and creating new sections as needed
Managing marketing communications programs and campaigns including the weekly wechat account publication, bi-monthly newsletter, periodic email alerts, blogs, etc.
Developing and maintaining state-of-the art web metrics; presenting a monthly analysis of key metrics with strategies to enhance the online presence.Relationship Management
Assist China team to coordinate new media related volunteers’ registration and work. Facilitate volunteer contributions to the development of new media, and online marketing as appropriate.
Facilitate internal review and feedback on various new media channels to ensure the site meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders
Designing wechat/email templates (HTML, plain text) for electronic marketing. Managing and maintaining the visual appearance of all online assets (stories, articles, etc.). Designing and creating graphics, photo images, dynamic banners, and other visual media for use on the web
Organize and maintain the customers/donors database; presenting a bi-monthly analysis
Advising and assisting the development and program teams
Preparation of materials for committee meetings and record meeting minutes.
