Interested in US-China Relations? Trade policy? Understanding the Chinese economic environment? Want to work for an organization sitting at the nexus of the US-China business relationship?!
The American Chamber of Commerce in China (AmCham China) is a non-profit, non-governmental
organization that seeks to help American companies succeed in China through advocacy, information sharing, networking, and business support services. Our Government Affairs team is searching for an intern to support our policy and advocacy work. Interns will be based in Beijing.
The intern will support AmCham China’s government affairs team in the execution of various projects, including:
• drafting and editing the annual White Paper on American Business in China;
• collecting data and conducting analysis for the annual Business Climate Survey
These are two of AmCham China’s leading policy documents, which have both been cited on average at least
once a day in news media around the world!
• supporting GA & Policy signature events (e.g., the Annual Government Appreciation Dinner) and ad hoc
events on event planning, set-up and note-taking.
• researching, drafting, editing, translating and proofreading a variety of written products on US-China
relations and regulatory and policy issues of interest to AmCham China members
