Represent the interests of the world’s leading integrated express delivery services companies
Conduct frequent and regular communications with key Chinese government agencies – State Post Bureau, General Administration of Customs, MOFCOM, and relevant local & foreign business associations and local governments as needed
Write and Coordinate position papers
Analyze, Advocate and Provide Comments on draft legislation; rules and regulations, and identify trends in policymaking affecting the industry.
Monitor issues and edit CAPEC China monthly reports
Lead regular briefings for CAPEC Management Committee and, as necessary, for member company leadership
Represent CAPEC in front of public entities
Attend GEA (Global Express Association) Calls, meetings and report relevant items
Serve as Secretariat for CAPEC China, in coordination with Region Secretariat in Singapore.
Provide basic administrative function, compile annual filings and reports to the authorities
Coordinate regular meetings or calls with CAPEC China’s sub-committees
Supervise and manage existing team to function within budget
Maintain meeting protocols (antimonopoly statement, agenda, minutes, and other practices) to ensure full compliance with Anti-Trust laws
Administer CAPEC China’s website (backend administration)
Coordinate with accountants on annual audits and tax statements
Maintain CAPEC Policy Paper Archive and Contacts
