The Project Assistant primarily supports day-to-day client work under supervision of a Project Consultant or Associate Consultant. The Project Assistant plays a key role in coordination of project activities and will perform a variety of tasksas follows:
Research media coverage and industry trends, develop fresh story ideas and prepare briefing materials.
Draft and translate press releases, media content, case studies, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals under supervision of project managers.
Provide proofreading, editing, media pitch,on-site event, and communications support to internal team members and clients.
Support senior managers with business development by conducting research and preparing background materials.
Maintain self-driven passion and curiosity to stay abreast of client issues and related industry trends
Other responsibilities as assigned.
