The Content Manager’s main responsibilities are to manage, produce and edit content that measurably impacts stakeholder engagement to help the organization achieve its objectives.
• Manage the production of content to be published via the chamber’s various communications channels, including website, social media, email and print magazine.
• Curate and edit text, photos and data visualization tools as part of the content production process.
• Produce content and repurpose existing content for use with different media or audiences.
• Set targets for each piece of content, monitor its effectiveness and adjust production accordingly.
